• Having trouble connecting the litter box?
  Ensure your smartphone is linked to a secure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network with Bluetooth enabled. Also, confirm that the litter box is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Note that the device only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi, not 5GHz.

• Is the drum not rotating or suddenly stopping?
  Check if the drum is properly installed on the base. Reconnect it to the power supply and try again. The drum will automatically halt when a cat or weight is detected.

Waste Removal Issues

• Cannot clean the waste?
  Inspect the deodorization cover for blockages caused by the litter box liner, litter, or waste. Open the waste bin cover to remove any unwanted objects.

• Can multiple family members connect to the litter box simultaneously?
  Yes, multiple users can connect. However, for privacy reasons, the litter box can be linked to only one account at a time. You can share access with your family via the app.

• Why can't I weigh my cat?
  Disconnect the power supply and ensure that the litter box is placed on a stable, level surface with adequate space around it. Reconnect it and try weighing again.
